Hi,

I have concurrently applied for I140 and I485 through my company lawyer.
Recently thought of applying AP for myself, which my company wont support. The law firm is willing to apply but they are asking around 1500usd.

Please let myself know is it worth to apply through lawfirm by paying that amount or should I apply on my own. Is it so easy? Please let me know, what documents and procedure to apply for AP. Or since the law firm have all documents and applied my I485/I140, is it wise to apply through them.

You need to be careful in filling forms. If you find problem in filling it, post your question and someone will reply you.

It is indeed a big money to ask for such a simple form.
