Advance Parole Question

HI All
Here it is my situation.I have my passport stamped until 2005 november with h4 visa.i did not apply for advance parole.If i use my EAD will it create any problem to go to india next year(before november).Do i still need advance parole eventhough my passport is stamped until end of next year
Does anybody face the similar problem

If you use EAD your H1 becomes invalid. You will need Advance Parole to travel outside the country even if you have H1 stamping.
