I know this is a Stupid question, but my friend wanted know about this more....
Is there any specific period of time that you can stay in India (My friend mentioned 45 day Maximum), if your I485 is pending and working on EAD and using AP to re-enter the country (Stamped H4 is expired).
My friend's wife has been in India from last 8 months (She took her apprvoed AP when she went to India) and does have a valid AP and wanted to come back by using it, just wanted to make sure she will not have any issues at the POE.
