Advance Parole Question - Please Respond

I am planning to apply for AP and have a question about photos.
I printed the form and it says we need Non Digital Pasport Photos with a specific style. I know the CIS requirements for photos has changed significantly last year.

Can we send Digitial Passport photos? Help Please.
 
So Digital Photos are not acceptable?
I havent found a single place around my area where they take Non Digital Passport Photos. tried CVS Pharmacy etc but no one takes Non Digital these days. Why would they need Non Digital photos anyways?

Just go to Costo and get photos there. They know what to do. I get no problem with all of my application with their photo
 
I dont have Costco membership. Any other place you can recommend?
Also,I still have my original question : Are Digital photos acceptable for AP?

People who applied for AP please respond.

The USCIS says not to submit digital photos. However I have submitted digital photos for me and my spouse. They were taken using the same camera. Spouse's photos were accepted, but mine were rejected. Then I once again submitted another set of digital photos and they were accepted. Its pretty hard to tell the difference between digital and non-dgitial photos these days. My impression is that you get a request for additional photos if they somehow mishandle the ones you already sent. Send digital ones and try your luck.
 
Raj, How long did CIS take to come back and say that the photos were not acceptable?If they take 2 months to come back and ask for Non Digital photos and another 3 months to process my AP ,I will be in trouble of not being able to step out of country.

BTW, There is no place to get Non Digital photos these days?

When you say non-digital, do you mean the old way of taking pictures using polaroid camera. Sears takes photos in polaroid camera. Try at any sears stores. I have always used their photos so far, and never had problem with USCIS.
 
Yes thats what i meant. old way of taking pics using polaroid.

I just called Sears and Kinkos and Nope...they dont take polaroid pictures..ONLY Digital Pictures.
Any idea where we can get this stupid Non Digital Pictures for Advance Parole? How did you guys who applied for AP manage to get Non Digital photos?I cant find a single place that does Non Digital these days.
 
Sorry to hear that. But I do not know. I know other member suggested costco, can you try in samsclub if you can go there. Even here we dont have costco at all.

I am planning on applying for AP, and start worrying about it now.

Why do they have this stupid requirement of Non Digital?
I cant find a single place that has Non Digital Passport photos.how did other members manage?Help Please...
