Hi Friends,
This question to people you recently traveled on AP. This thread will be useful for me and others.

What are the documents asked when you travel with AP, By Travel Agency(Example Singapore Airlines) and by officer at Port of Entry.
Note :- My wife is coming from India and her H4 is expired in March 2004. But she has a valid AP till April 2005. (Is that any issue?)

Example. (Please add to this list)
1. Passport
2. Recent pay stubs.

Keep a copy of I-485 receipt. It should not be a problem at all. If you are coming on parole via European countries some countries may ask for a transit visa. Please check that too.

My wife is on H4 visa right now.
1. her H4 got expired on March 2004.
2. Applied extension to H4 on Feb 2004.
3. Left to India in May 2004.
4. Got H4 extension Approval on June 2004.
5. Got AP in May 2004.

She has AP, that means that she do not have to go to consulate now, Right? she can just show AP and enter in US again?
Is there any problem, since she left India before getting the approval of H4 extension??
She is traveling VIA Singapore.
