Call the BCIS office with the EAC number of the AP notice.

I am in the same boat. My wife's case was approved 2.5 weeks back, the online status says the AP was mailed but we still did not get it yet.
We havent moved or changed address. I received mine on time i dont know whats wrong. I haven't contacted BCIS yet.

Sometimes it's difficult to get hold of someone through phone. But keep faxing regularly - once a day, until you receive your AP on hand.
