Advance Parole Needed after I140 Apporval

Greetings,
A friend of mine just got her I140 approved. She is doing consular processing for her adjustement of status, ans is now waitying for her consular appointement.
Now that her I140 is approved, does she need advance parole to travel overseas?

Advanced Parole can only be applied if there is pending 485 AOS. For pure CP it cannot be done.

AP is needed for AOS applicant's who want to re-enter the country. AP is not needed to exit the country. It is needed to re-enter US.
