Advance Parole name- Passport name

Hi everybody,
i really need urgent help! I 'm out of US in my country with advance parole document. I'm going back to US next week.

My question is :
Am i gonna have a problem at the port of entry because the name in my passport is my old name(before marriage) and the name in my advance parole is my new last name(my husband's name)???????????

yes they will question that

if you happened to have your marriage certificate with you then you should be ok.

probably the best way to do this is to go and get your passport updated. the last page of the passport is reserved for corrections like name changes.

if you can't get any of that in time then I believe you can just go there and I think they will let you in eventually. Just plan on an extended stay at the port of entry.

I dont think you will have problems since it is a legit procedure of changing last names after marriage, hopefully you have your supporting documentation with you and you will be ok.
