Advance Parole & I94

Guys:
What will be issued at the port of entry on I-94 card when a person enters using Advance Parole.
Will the I-94 state I-485 pending instead of H1-B Status.

It will be the expiration date of your AP.

Your I-94 will say something like 'Paroled until....<one year from entry>'

You will get a stamp on I-94 for one year from date of entry.

This date stamp means NOTHING when it comes to ur being legal here (unlike date on I-94 using a visa - where it means everything !)

You do not have to do anything ... you are in legal status as long as ur 485 is pending (or approved heh heh)
Just track the AP expiry date and get a new one if you want to travel in the future.
Same for getting EADs renewed if you are working pursuant to that.
