Advance Parole : I-131

I applied for Advance Parole through I-131 while waiting for adjustment of status through I-485.

I was told by INS, Atlanta that my I-131 application was forwarded to Texas service center as I-485 is still pending.

It's been more than three months and Texas service center says they haven't received anything from INS,Atalnta.

Now, I want to visit India in a month, Is there any
procedure like an emergency Advance Parole process?
