Advance Parole/H4 question: Pls. Help

Hi all, I got my GC through employment category recently but my wife is still awaiting
         her I-485 approval. She has her EAD and advance parole documents. Last week she
         came back from India and the immigration officer at the airport gave her an
          I-94 instead of stamping the advance parole paper. The I-94 says that she is on
          H4. So basically she forgot to tell the immigration office that she is carrying the
          advance parole papers.

     What would be the consequence and will it me a major problem in her 485 approval ?.

     Please advise as to what all can be done.
