Advance parole denied

I applied for AP on october 26th 2005....I did not get any reply from uscis..so i made an inquiry...I received email from chris yesterday saying that my AP was denied and denial letter was sent on 11 nove 2005. I have not received the letter yet...
What could be the reason for denial ? I want to go to India and desperatly waiting ...My lawyer is not helping me out here

Do not you have the receipt number? If you do, check the status online firs. If not, then you talk to this lawyer or change him/her. What you can do is just see why the application was denied and then submit a new one with all needed documents and supporting details.


By the way, who is chirs and how to submit and inquiry?

your dream might be coming true. it happend to me as well. INS denied my AP and when my lawyer called them, they said my GC is approved thats why AP was denied. So call the service center and find out .......
