Advance Parole, Chicago Local INS Transfer

Hi,

Me & My wife's case has moved to Chicago Local INS.
Before moved my case to Local INS, I got a RFE on Employment Letter,Copy of Passport and

Replied Response of that.
NOTE: "On RFE i had a note stating:"The Current Fingerprint Check expires for you and your

spouse on 5/4/03. If all required documents are not received in time to complete processing

of your application before that date, you will be notified to be re-fingerprinted before

processing can continue"

I need to apply Advance Parole.And my earlier Advance Parole has expired in Mar,2003.
Do i need to apply it at Nebraska Service Center or because of files moved to Local do i need to send it to Local INS ie. Chicago? And any idea what date they are processing?

My case has been transferred to Chicago local office also. My attorney told me that both EAD and AP must be applied in the local office now. AP took around 30 days to get response. They will mail you a notice to pick it up when it is ready.
