Hi,
I had filed my renewal for Advance Parole on August 15 at Chicago Lock Box office and I have received the receipt notice with August 16 with a MSC number. When I tried to enquire about the case in case status, its says its Invalid Number(my receipt number). I tried almost for the last 3 days, but still I am getting the online message.
I even tried calling MSC with the 1800 number and when I key in the MSC number, it says its invalid. I dont know if this is a typo on my receipt notice. My check has also been encashed for $ 165.00 and even my check has the same receipt number.
I dont know what to do. I am sending a letter today to Missouri Service Center to see whats going on.
Is anyone in the similar situation or even heard of this situation from any of your friends.
