Friend of mine (silent visitor of forum) called to 800-375-5285 regarding Advance Parole application. He filled it in the beginning of April, actually question was that processing of I-131 application takes more than 60 days. BCIS representative didn’t ask his WAC number and just said perhaps CSC has “tremendous amount” of AP application and it will take longer.
 
My wife's AP wac 03-128 (ND 3/17) just got a request for evidence (online message 6/6). That happened after 3 faxes and an e-mail to Div XII (case pending for more than 60 days + more than 30 days passed since JIT passed her ND).
I was tracking 6-7 cases around this one and it seems that my wife's is the only one touched. Faxes probably did work. I'll let you know when the case is approved.
