Here's my problem (pet peeve)!
A long time ago I finally had my I-130 approved and so we continued on by filing my EAD/AP/AOS to Atlanta.
May 5th I received my EAD interview notification that was to be held on May 2nd in Altanta. Go figure. I freaked out. I did what the NSC told me and that was to send the letter back explaining why I missed the appt.
Up until today, I haven't heard about a new appointment and nothing on my AP which was for travelling to Canada this week for my cousins wedding.
SO please answer this question. I'm thinking about going to BCIS Atlanta with my 'Receipt' that they cashed my cheque AND seeing if I can get my AP issued so I can leave. Also, seeing how my Passport is expired, I COULD theoretically goto Ottawa and get my passport renewal expedited and READY for my next EAD interview.
