Advance Parole Approved

Hi folks,

My Advance Parole was approved, per online and AVM check on 1/8/04. Here is the info.

AP RD: 10/27/03;
AP RFE sent: 12/3/03
AP RFE (picture) responded: 12/8/03
AP RFE received by USCIS: 12/10/03
AP AD: 1/8/04

I think I will apply for AP sooner next time.

I noticed that you had a RFE for AD and it was regarding the pictures. Would you please share the detail? I plan to apply AD soon. Thank you!

No problem. The USCIS basically said in the RFE that there was shadow along my face, and the photos were not acceptable. When you go for photo, be sure to check if the photo person did a good job before you pay. In other words, make sure your pictures are clear of any shade and the background light is appropriate. I will be sure to check for my next AP photo (hopefully approval would come before that )
