Advance Parole Approval Notice

All,

My 1st Advance Parole got approved on Jan 30, 2004 but I have not received approval notice yet. Does my lawyer receives this notice or I will receive it. Please advice.

I received the first AP at my home address

Lawyer received the 2nd AP and FedEx'd it

Did not bother to apply for 3rd AP. Gambling I will get the GC approval this week. (There is always the posiibility of emergency AP).

My online status says:-

On January 30, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address.

I will wait for few more days and also check with my lawyer if he has received it.

Message will change

honeybee:

normally the online message changes in 3-4 days to "...document has been made and mailed to the person to whom it was issued..."

this has happened to me and to many people in this forum.

So, I would advise to check the online message daily, they will post when they actually send the document out.

Lusiks is right. Mine was approved on Jan 24th ad the msg changed later saying the document was mailed on Feb 2nd. I received the documents Feb 5th.
So, you check the online mesg and wait.....
