Advance Parole approval from local bcis office? Pl help.

Gurus,
Me and my wife applied for advance parole and ins received them on oct 2. We are planning to go to india end of november. I am wondering If AP is not approved by then, can we get them from local bcis office. We applied in Vermont BCIS. We live in California.

One more question. In a great hopeful scenario if our GC is approved while we are in India, Do we have to come back right away for stamping? Is there any time stipulation before we get our passport stamped. We plan to stay for 3 months.

Can be obtianed from a local office

But would require a valid emergency reason.

Passport can be stamped anytime, atleast the 3 months won't have any impact.

Wait for other replies too.
