I plan to apply for advance parole based on my pending I-485 (since February 2005, VSC). Can I put the applications of me and my spouse in the same package and write one check of $ 330 to USCIS? Or should I file two completely separate applications?
Also from the instruction of I-131, it seems that applying for advance parole while maintaing H-1B status is not recommended? Is it true? I'm kind of confused here, since someone mentioned you need to bring your H-1B approval notice with you while travelling. Also, I have the I-94 forms from my F-1 status and also my H-1B approval notice. Should I submit both I-94 when I depart from US?
