Hi,
Had a couple of questions from those who have transited thru Heathrow London.
1. Does one require a DAT(direct air transit) visa if one has a valid visa stamped to their passport ?
I have a valid h1-b visa stamped to my passport.
My wife has a valid h4 visa stamped too but she started working on EAD and has applied for AP (still pending after RFE on 4/12)
Is it advisable to get the DAT for both or just my wife ?
People with similar experience please suggest.
