Hello All,

When I use AP while re-entering US for how long I-94 will be given at POE.

Also last 4 years I have changed 2 companies and applied for 2 extensions, so now I have total 4 approval notices and 4 I-94 receipts came along with those approval notices. Now my quesion is when I leave the country do I need to hand over all the above I-94 receipts along with the original one.

1) Original I-94 and visa expired in 12/2002.
2) compnay A applied extension and got it approved valid until 07/2004.
3) Joined company B and got the new H1 papers valid until 07/2005.
4) Joined company C and got the new H1 papers valid until 07/2006.
5) Applied extension and got the approval notice valid until 07/2009.(based
on the approved I-140).

Thanks,
VG

I'm not 100% sure. Sometimes they would take my original I-94 at the airport, sometimes the most recent one... You could bring all of them and ask the representative which one they need. But, whichever I-94 you end up surrendering, don't forget to make copies of them all (in case you later need proof of having maintained your legal status).
