Advance Parole and I-94 expiration date

I used Advance Parole to enter the US in June 2004. At that time my I-94 was stamped for a year that is till June 2005. Since then I have got new EAD and AP valid till 2006.

But do I need to do anything about the I-94 as it has expired?

No, that expiration on I-94 has no significance as long as your I-485 is pending.
