Advance Parole and Fingerprint

I filed I485, I131 and EAD concurrently (I-130 pending at another SC from long ago), and just received NOA (receipts) for all three within a week (much quicker than expected). Can someone help me with the following questions:
1. Do I need to have FP completed before getting my Advance Parole and EAD? I'm thinking about visiting my home country for a month, then schedule the FP after I come back. Is that possible?
2. All three receipts had my case numbers starting with MSC. Does that mean Missouri SC is processing all my applications even though I live in New Jersey?
3. I didn't send my medical reports with the 485 application. Will that have an impact on my advance parole application? I will send medicals after I do my FP because my lawyer recommended that way.
Thanks for any insight!

Are you trying to travel without your AP? Do you know how risky it is?

Initially all application fro AOS gets processed at Missouri. After your FP it gets trasfer to your local DO.

Your medical report won't have any impact on your AP.

No. Here is the sequence: Send all three aplications - Get AP - travel overseas - schedule and do FP - everything else (EAD, interview etc).
Question is: can I get my AP before I schedule the fingerprints?

well FP has nothing to do with AP. But ppl here says that it takes 2 months to get your AP. You can do your FP in mean time and get it done with it. I am not understanding why you don't want to get it done with your FP.

Get your fingerprints done before you go

It will take two to three months to get AP from when you apply. You can easily get your biometrics taken care of between the time you get your receipt notices and the time you get your AP.

Failure to shedule your biometrics in a timely manner greatly increases the risk that your application to adjust status will be denied.
