Could anyone spare some time and throw some light over this. I am at a verge to renew my EAD and would like to apply for Travel Document for the first time, infact I did not apply Advance Parole at the time of 485 application date.
1. What is a signature card ? Do I need to apply along with this EAD or AP ?
2. In the EAD form (I am renewing) what do I mention for the eligibility category Item no 16.... (Elgibility under 8 CFR 274a.12)
