Advance Parole after EB3 Retrogession

Hi All,

My company will be filling for my labor certification within a month or two.
I had following question.

After my Labor gets approved:
1. Since EB3 has retrogessed, can I still file for concurrent I-140/I-485
2. Will I be able to file for Advance Parole and EAD ?
