Address: That is the same as using Fedex address or UPS address. You can find it at BCIS website. You should write: ATTN: I-131 application.

But I don't want to send by Federal Express, UPS, etc.
 
Filed AP today

I had to apply for AP today and I could not find Zipcode on the website. So I called National service center number and they gave me the address as below which is actually a general correspondence address.

PO Box 30111,
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111

I sent it by priority mail this evening. Also, I made check payable to "Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services".

What you said is right. I use this address to mail my aaplication. I don't use Fedex, UPS. I mailed application by priority mail and received receipt.
