Advance Parole -- 350 to 380 days

My message for AP renewal has changed from 320 - 350 days to 350-380. This is really frustrating. My RD is 9th Jan,03.
I still remember the time when I-485 used to get approved in less than 9 months.
Hope they stick to the new dates atleast

I applied for AP on 3/18/03 and got an RFE on May 27. My attroney's office forgot to attach the copy of I-140 to the application. RFE was regarding the I-140 copy.

It happened to me also. My RD for AP is 15th May. Initially it said that its taking 325-350 days, now it says 350-380 days.

I hope it comes before that. we are likely to travel to in Aug.

Any ideas what can help expedite the process, if any?.
