Hello All,

I am applying Advance Parole for me and my family. The only question I have is Do I need to submit the copy of I-94 which I first came into the Country or the Latest which I got with my H1 extension/H4 extension?

Actually you probably don't need either, but if you want to send an I-94, there is only one valid I-94, and that's the latest/most current one. When USCIS sends you a new I-94, that is the most current evidence of your status. The old one is then useless.
