Advance Parol Photos Question

Gurus can any one answer this.

The AP requirement says no digital photos and we cann't find any place where we get other type of photos.

Does any one know if USCIS will accept Digital Photos or do they absolutely need some other photos.

You can get photo's from Walgreen's or Walmart. Tell them it is for USCIS.
 
I am not sure how critical this is now. If you search the forum, you'd notice that USCIS was issuing a lot of RFEs in 2005 for digital pics but lately there hasnt been any. I'd doubt that all the applications that they are receiving have non-digital photographs accompanying them. Its just that back in 2005, the pic quality of sub-standard cameras wasn't good enough to match a conventional photographs. well that would be true even today but number of sub-standard cameras has gone down, implying that most digital photographs shot at a photo lab would conform to USCIS standards.
 
I have used digital pictures which i took at home against a white wall ......after i saw the idiot at the pharmacy fumbling with the camera for 15 minutes n those were fine so i said why pay 40 dollars for nothing ..
