My OPT expires in August 2005 .I was speaking with an IT Contractor. He told me that if i work for him he will get my H-1 immidiately. He said that they already have h-1 for fy 2005 and if i join them i will be getting a h-1 in 2-3 weeks.
Has anyone heard about such arrangements. Pls let me know.
