Adv parole over 90 days - NSC

hi all,

its been over 100 days since i filed my AP at NSC. i am looking to travel soon but it is still not approved. can i goto the local service center and get it since it has been pending for over 90 days...

gurus pls help
 
All I can suggest is to call customer service and ask them to talk to an officer that is what I did today for my EAD at MSC and the officer told me she sent the request to MSC and they will reply within 5 days (which I do not think is going to happen) but what else I can do????

thanks duncan, i called NSC yesterday and they said it still pending...what date in july was your filed?
 
AP approved

I filed AP on Aug-28 and I got approval today (it even sent me an email!!!)
I filed the EAD on Aug-24 and still pending I do not know what the hell is going on there! I am off payroll from today!!

Take a signed letter from your employer (on their official letterhead) that your employment has been terminated as you could not provide them with valid EAD. Take this letter to IO at your local USCIS office (by infopass appt.), show them this letter and explain them that you have lost your job and employer will not take you back without valid EAD. They will put a special request to process your EAD faster even if 90days have not passed since application.
I did it successfully before 90 days. I got approval within 2 days of my appointment and got card within a week. Give it a try...Good luck!
