Does anyone know when does US VISIT program goes Live ?

Also would Advance Parole travellers be subject to US VISIT checks at POE ?

Does anyone see any risk with US VISIT program for people entering on AP ?

Has anyone travelling on AP talked to their Attorney about the US VISIT program ?
