Do you have any experience or details about adopting a child from India or Foreign country. We want to adopt child from orphan house or from relative. Some one referred us USA gov website but do not have all details. Any one who went through this process and can share details for all of us will be helpful.

I would suggest you look at the website of a large international adoption agency (Hoult International) to get an understanding of what is involved, or on an adoption forum like adoption.com. From either of those sources you should be able to find out about the many steps involved.
