We have just received our IA and been asked to go ahead with Police and Medical Clearance. Our plan is to go to our home country and adopt a child over there. We would like to take the adopted child to Canada with us.
Our questions are:
1. Should we go ahead with the PCC and Medical Clearance.
2. At what point should we inform the immigration office regarding adoption, as the process hasn't started yet.
