Adopting a baby from India

Hi,

We have applied for GC, and our 140 got cleared couple of weeks back. I am working on H1 visa
and have my H1 till oct 2006. We are planning to adopt a child from India. If we adopt now,
what is the procedure to bring the child to USA?

Any responses are highly appreciated.
