Adminstrative processing in NVC

I think my case was cleared after the adminstrative after 2 and half months.Due to the wrong priority date printed on my I140 form nvc contacted INS and corrected it.The whole process eaten away 75 days ...I think you can speak to the operator and get some information.Usually they will not give any information ... which counrty you are from?My case has already been transfered to the consulate

I am from mainland China, and was a PR of Canada when I applied for CP (I got my Candian itizenship last August).
I have talked to the NVC operator almost every week. But it seems that none of them knew what happened in my case, always said "your case is under administrative process". And they even do not know what this process mean. I even talked to their supervisor once, no one would give me a date on when my case would be completed, while my case has been pending in NVC since 6/4/04, and under administrative process since 8/19/04.
How did you approach your issue? I really appreciate if you can share some info. It would be great help for me.

I did'nt do any thing ...They cleared the case. I think they may be doing some name check ....just wait....you case will be cleared soon
