Dear Administrators;

1) People are posting without searching the forum - real dumb as..

2) People with questionable background as well as should never be citizens of US like "fraud 10 years ago", " caught shoplifting", " doing drugs", etc.. = IT IS NOT A RIGHT, IT IS a PRIVELIGE..can be taken anytime

C'mon - is this a forum encouraging people with questionable background to apply for US citizenship?

3) People on this forum - STOP responding and stop showing sympathy. Stop it and move on and DO NOT RESPOND PEOPLE WITH QUESTIONABLE BACKGROUND

Users like "REALCANADIAN", NOVACITIZEN", BOBSMYTH" - STOP your STUPID opinion on questionable characters..Please, no MORE..JUST stop it..You are giving a bad name to people from INDIA, PAKISTAN and SOUTH AMERICA...JUST stop it..STOP it you IDIOTS....no messages for "shop lifting", "drunk driving", "fraudlent marriage", " divorce", etc as THESE GUYS SHOULD NEVER BE IN US EVER...THESE PEOPLE are giving REAL BAD REPUTATION TO PEOPLE with LEGITMATE CLAIM TO US CITIZENSHIP ( again, not a right, but a priveilege)

USERS - BOBSMYTH" , "REALCANADIAN", NOVACITIZEN" - STOP being godfather and be sensible. PLEASE else, I WILL REPORT to AUTHORITIES
 
Ok...you must be a classy doofus...:eek: You forgot a simple truth about the USA, first amendment and right to free speech which has long been held in highest level by the courts. In this case, you can report all people who post here, guess who is issuing the naturalization certificates? :confused: USCIS, so they must be real "assy" if they can't adjudicate and guard against the people they allow into the American society, so they hired you to help them out by weeding out less than 40% of people who apply for naturalization, a far less % of those use this site..:rolleyes:

I am not sure what is your agenda, but get to the core of the issues as opposed to this rambling which I had difficulties following...:eek:
 
I think Al said some things I wanted to say. Some more ...

1. I am not sure what is a privilege, not a right? Citizenship. Can't be, once it is done.

2. If we start deporting shoplifters, we should start with people who were born and brought up here ... as they should know most.

3. USCIS has the authority to determine which crime is forgivable, and which is not. However, they screw up once in a while. Don't people have the right to provide perspective.

4. I am not sure who is giving a bad name to Indians, Pakistanis and South Americans. Most of the local (born and brought up - what is the word for non-naturalized citizens) people would not even have a need to look at this board. It is only people with similar interests who are here.

5. Did you go and rant at TMZ.com because the Hiltons, Lohans and the Kardashians are giving a bad name to America?

6. From where I came, (not 100% sure but pretty sure), Marijuana is not even illegal. It is a college snack. Well some people can change habits when they come here, some get trapped.

7. What is a legitimate claim to citizenship? I am sure I could reject 100% of applicants if a) I was an IO, and b) my salary depended on it.

8. Not sure what are you doing reading these forums? Last I remember, Microsoft, Google, Apple and Firefox do not make this forum the home page of their browser by default?

9. An offense bigger than not searching the forums - ALL CAPS.

10. Normally we should not respond to such threads, but sorry I could not resist. Apologize if my post gives bad name to people having something to do with Aug 20, or living in San Jose, or using fake names.

Did I forget to address something in his/her post?
 
sanjo I will pick it from here. If you are going to report anything to authority add me to the list. It is amazing that some people think their Sh*t does not stink.If the same authority you are refering to dig in your life and background they will find alot to deport you to whenever you or your heritage came from even if you are US born. So don't fool yourself even though abviously you are one. sorry for few frank words and it might hurt but you will get over it and hopefully soon after you will Get A LIFE.

yesme_worx: you are getting worked-up over nothing. You should worry more about the background of the people who cohabit with you under the rock you crawled out from.

It is not like the "godfathers" you listed advised anyone on ways to commit crimes. If you apply your kind of pretzel logic to modern justice, there wouldn't be defense lawyers as the defendants, guilty that they all would be in your esteemed opinion, should receive no sympathy.

The USCIS is there for a reason. There is no need for vigilantes like you.
