Hello I am new to this site so bear with me. I am married to an Egyptian man we met when he came to the U.S. on a J-1 visa he had a 2 year requirement which he completed in August of 2012. I filled the I-130 out and we got the application going back in October of 2010 everything went smoothly and he had his interview on June 3, 2012. The interview went well and they put my husband's visa into administrative processing right away. At this time I was in Egypt on a visitor visa which was extended, but it expired in October of 2012 so I returned back to the U.S. in September. Shortly after my return to the U.S. I discovered I was pregnant I am due in less then one month and my husband's visa is still in administrative processing. This means that it's been in administrative processing for almost 10 months. I know there is no way I can know when the process will be finished, but do I really have to sit here and just wait. I don't want our baby to be born without his daddy and it's causing stress on not just me, but my parents because they have offered to let me and the baby stay with them while I can't work if my husband is not here. If anybody knows if there is anything I can do please help. I love my husband so much and I need him here. Every paper we have sent in has been 100% authentic, we haven't falsified any information, and we have provided them with extra information as well. I don't understand why it is taking so long and I don't know what to do next. Please help!
