My husband has an upcoming CR-1 interview at embassy in London. I have heard that Pakistani citizens are always placed in administrative processing--is this true? Also, his British visa happens to be expiring soon, and he plans on moving back to his home country (in the event that green card is not immediately granted). My primary question is: How would moving back affect the AP? Is he allowed to travel? Would his case move to the home country embassy or remain in London embassy? I'm not sure what happens if he were to move...any input/advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you! Our biggest concern is delaying the case any further.
