Administrative Process Complete in Abu Dhabi

My fiance's administrative process has completed and he may now return to the embassy for (what I think is) his final interview.

That is my question! Is this the last step?

He has had to cancel his employment in order to receive his passport back, and I am worried that now we will get hit with yet another step to delay the final adjudication of his K1 visa.

Please let me know if you have any experience with K1 processing in Abu Dhabi.

six weeks. My fiance showed up for his visa and they fingerprinted him and stated there would now be a 2nd security check.

another 6-8 weeks now ... this is inhumane.
