When somebody appeal his immigration case by filling form I-290B, Notice of Appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) with the required fee. Does his case become public record, or it can be published ?
Yes. but confidential or identifying details like individual name, company name and the country name etc will be removed.
you can have a feel of how it will be published by looking at some of the existing documents in uscis.gov website in admistrative appeal unit section.
by the way what is your case. why did you appeal. who made the appeal (you or your employer). pls provide more details which might benefit forum viewers.
