Adjustment of Status

Hi,

My wife was here from Mongolia on an F-1 visa that expired. We married back in March and started her paperwork. The I-130 was approved, but it indicated that she is not eligible for adjustment of status. At the time, I must not have relized this was a problem and continued with the paperword (DS-230 and I-864). I got a message from the Embassy in Korea stating that we can make a visa appointment there. My question is how do I get the paperwork back in the United States and get an appointment here??? Help!!

You must contact the National Visa Center so they know that you want to go through Adjustment of Status and not Consular Processing. So then you can submitt the papers through USCIS (other forms and fees).
Good luck,
