No medical with asulum based I-485 application !!!
As far as I know for asylum based I-485 you don't send medical results with your I-485 application ( You can find that in the application instructions) but wait till you are asked to do that from USCIS. I even noticed lots of other applicants in this forum who send their medical results along with their application which I never did while I filed mine on Dec,2000. Cause I clearly remember before submitting my application to USCIS I read all the instructions thoroughly cause it's always safe than sorry. And as we all know if we make a little mistake payment is lot higher about USCIS processing.
I would again suggest you please read the application form & it clearly gives you lots of filing instructions.
You can go to USCIS website under fees to find out how much you need to pay with your I-485 application. When I did mine back in 2000 it was $245. But that's history now. It has changed & must increased. Therefore as I mentioned earlier go to USCIS website & look under Forms & fees you'll find out exactly what you are required to pay & what form of payment they except ( ofcourse as you must know no cash) either personal check, money order e.t.c.

You don't need to submit your medicals with I-485 unless you don't want to take medical exam again in the future. You will be asked to send it later by special request. Fees for I-485 is 315$ + 70$ for biometrics = total of 385$
