I-485 needs a G-325A from the immigrant, not the petitioner.
I-130 needs just one photo from each person.
Why are you not doing I-765 and I-131? They are free and there is no downside; you don't have to use them if you get it, but have the option just in case. You never know when an emergency may come up and you need to travel, and an EAD is also useful for getting an SSN or a driver's license.
