Hello,
I am seeking advice regarding my husband and my case. We filed for my husbands's adjustment of status over four years ago. In Sepetember of 2007 we filled a writ of mandamus, requesting the government to make a decision regarding his greencard application. We moved from Baltimore,MD to Virginia and refiled my husband's paper work in fairfax, we already had an interview in Baltimore in 2005 and now USCIS would like us to come in for a second interview at the fairfax location, I would like to know if it is worth taking our lawyer with us, or would it be a waste of money. What would be the benefit of having the lawyer with us?
