I have i question if somebody can answered please:
I am married to US citizen, overstay on J1, my waiver was approved. Now we are going to apply for i-485 and i-130, our concern is that i have worked with my ssn without authorization. Do i have to give that information to USCIS, i now it is worst to lie. Does anybody know the consequences of working without authorization when applying for a green card? I file taxes in conjunction with my husband so i suppose they ( uscic ) will know.
Thank you if you can provide me any information!
