Adjustment of Status after an adminstrative closure

Hi,

I am looking for advise. My deportation proceeding was adminstratively closed in 2001 and remains closed. Since then I have married a USC and am looking to apply for AOS based on that. How do I go about doing so?

Your case is beyond scope of this forum. There are many unanswered questions that need to be addressed first.

I would suggest you to hire an immigration attorney and follow his/her advice.
