For those of you who listen to link up radio 93.5 FM about Immigration Cases.
According to Law Offices of Spar and Berstein, about six months ago there were about 250,000 adjustment cases that were pending after interviews at 26 Federal Plaza, NYC, for various reasons such as name check, fp check, or rfe's. Knowing this information I can't imagine now how much more cases are currently pending to date. According to the law office there are 3 options to help in getting a decision faster.
1. Sue INS, forcing them to make a decision, but risk not getting approved.
2. Keep sending them letters first to interviewing officers, then to their supervisors, and finally to their supervior's supervisor.
3. Wait until you hear from them.
The best two options were 2 and 3 according to the law office.
