adjustmant of status.............Help ASAP PLZ

Hi folks:I was on F1 visa but in past month i went out of status and i had applied for reinstatment of student status but that was denied.that was on 26th of jan,now i have 180 days to leave the country witouth having panelty of bared from next entry for three years or ten years.
my question is that if i apply for labour certification under new perm procedure and if my labour approves before finshing 180 days(before july 26,2005) then will i be able ot apply for change of status (form 485). and if not then will 245a can help me because my wife has a green card.in my knowledge 245a applies on those who have immidiate family members here with lpr.because 245i dont apply on us and that is already finshed in 2001.

Why don't you try to get an h-1 and re-enter the country once the h-1 would become available (ie., October 1, 2005).

If you have a U.S degree, you may also apply for H1 at an earlier date (march?). There are 20,000 additional H1B for year 2005 for those with a U.S. degree.
